A Day @ the Museum: Day Camps

Hidden Treasures

What sorts of art can we make with unassuming objects and unexpected findings? Our camp this month will involve lots of fun projects that encourage out-of-the-box thinking about materials! Campers will get to create jewelry with found trinkets, create beautiful textured prints and find funky animals hidden in inkblots, among other fun, investigative projects!

Children will create their own artwork. Supervised outdoor time is also included, as well as time to explore our galleries and Remarkable Red Deer. Please provide your own lunch & snacks, and bring appropriate outdoor clothing.

*Important Note: MAG Day Camps are peanut/nut free. Please ensure the snacks & lunch provided for your child do not contain peanuts or nuts. Additionally, please pack lunches that do not require refrigeration or heating.
