A Day @ the Museum Day Camps

Speaking Figuratively

This month’s day camp is all about people! We will focus on drawing and painting portraits. How do artists exaggerate facial expressions through art? Cartoon-style artwork will be explored as you learn how to be as expressive as possible in your creations.

Children will create their own artwork. Supervised outdoor time is also included, as well as time to explore our galleries and Remarkable Red Deer.

Please provide your own lunch & snacks*, and bring appropriate outdoor clothing. *MAG Day Camps are peanut/nut free. Ensure the snacks & lunch provided for your child do not contain peanuts or nuts. Additionally, please pack lunches that do not require refrigeration or heating.
